Do you have the original email (FE)?
FE is the first email the account was made with. Riot usually asks for it.
What you'll need
- Riot username
- Login email
- Date of birth on the account
- Account access, shared privately on Discord when we ask
Time
Usually 7–14 days. Sometimes longer. Riot Support handles it, so we can't guarantee a date.
Rules
- Don't play on the account while the change is in progress.
- Don't log in until we confirm it's done.
- Once started, the request can't be cancelled.
- The account has to meet Riot's requirements. If Riot says it isn't eligible, we'll tell you.

No. Skins, rank, friends list and inventory all stay.
I don't have my original email. Can you still do it?
Yes, in most cases, for a slightly higher price (see the price list). We check eligibility first, and you pay only if you pass.
Can I play during the change?
No. Don't play or log in until we confirm it's complete.
Can I cancel?
Once the request has started, it can't be cancelled.
